How it works
Every number here is produced by a scheduled pipeline against the official GitHub API and checked into the open repository. Nothing is estimated, scraped or hand-edited.
Hourly country rotation
The scheduled pipeline collects six countries per hour in a round-robin rotation, queries the official GitHub GraphQL API and updates each country's snapshot and daily history summary. A full cycle takes about a day.
MethodologyThree metrics, one set
Within each country, the same collected profiles are ordered by followers, public contributions and total contributions. Ties share a rank. Every profile links back to GitHub.

Every snapshot ships as plain JSON from this site, one file per country, plus a public configuration listing every country and city in the pipeline.
